DEP Makeup ships all orders Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 5:00 P.M PST.
We do not ship on any weekends and/or holidays. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped on the following business working day.
Due to a high volume of orders, please allow us at least 72 hours to process your order before shipping it out.

DEP Makeup offers FREE standard shipping within the United States of America on all orders above $50.00 USD before taxes*.
All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse located in California, by our chosen carrier, USPS.
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are no longer in control of where the package goes or how it is handled. Customers will need to contact USPS directly with their tracking number to check the status of their package.
*DEP Makeup is not responsible for any delayed deliveries due to weather changes/holidays, undeliverable addresses, incorrect contact information, returned to sender packages, lost/stolen packages, or mishandling by USPS.
DEP Makeup reserves the right to charge any additional fees for re-shipments regarding any of the issues stated above or packages returned to our warehouse.

All international shipments are shipped by USPS.
All international orders may or may not be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
DEP Makeup does not collect any duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies all differ from country to country, so if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Please make sure to contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with any address or name changes that need to be made before we have sent you a shipment confirmation email. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. *We are unable to make changes on products or quantities.
Once an order has already been shipped out and we have sent you a shipment confirmation, we are unable to make any changes to it.
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure proper cancellation. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee an order cancellation.
